St. Patrick’s Day Luncheon    

           Forty-eight Holy Trinity members and friends gathered together in Brath dining room on St. Patrick’s Day, Wednesday, March 17, 2010.  Mulligan stew, warm Irish soda bread and four different kinds of pie (rhubarb, apple, custard and pecan) were served. 

          The delicious meal was enhanced with the company that shared it and we thank all who came and joined us.      

          Meals were also delivered to some of those who could not be with us.

          A $165.55 free will offering was collected and sent to the Good Shepherd Center as a token of our thanksgiving for all the wonderful work they do for our community.

          Thank you to Bonnie Massing and Gretchen Minetti for preparing the meal. 

          Thank's also to all who lent a hand cleaning up after lunch by gathering dishes, decorations, washing dishes, washing tablecloths and taking down tables and setting up chairs.  Everyone pitching in made the clean up a breeze.   

                 The tables and entire room looked so festive.  We had shamrock shaped cookies, green carnations, green napkins, and               foam shamrocks scattered on the tables.

                               

            There was a lot of work going on behind the scenes before the meal was served.  Thanks to Gretchen Minetti,    
            Darla Swift, Heather Wilt, Bonnie Massing and Jayna Speigelmeyer for preparing the delecious meal we all enjoyed.
